I am not sure what you mean by " full coverage with emergency", as I see that you did not take the full insurance package, which is optional. But you are covered for emergency breakdown etc.. It says so on your voucher, which I will send to you again. Use Chrome browser and it will translate it for you, it translates very good, then print it off and take it with you!

You are covered but you can add even more insurance if you wish, when you arrive at the rental car desk at your destination.

It is best to always make your reservation in English if you can. It is easier for the desk to understand your voucher when you arrive.
