ACCEPTED: American Express, MasterCard (not debit or prepaid), Visa (not debit or prepaid) Credit card(s) must be in the name of the main driver. NOT ACCEPTED: No other payment types will be accepted. A valid credit card in the name of the lead driver must be presented at the rental desk in order to pre-authorise/charge the deposit. In the event that you fail to present a valid credit card, there is a lack of sufficient funds available on the credit card or the credit card is not in the lead driver's name, the car rental agent may refuse to release the vehicle. In these instances, no funds paid will be reimbursed.

• One-way fee has been added to the price quoted online and is payable at the counter; only applicable for One Way Rentals.
• Breakdown assistance is included for mechanical failure.
• Unlimited mileage
Refueling Service/Penalty: there will be a penalty charge for fuel refueling if the customer does not return the vehicle with the same amount of fuel stated agreed or stated on the opening contract. The penalty will be of $ 360.00 Mexican pesos plus applicable taxes, in addition to this, for every missing liter there will be an additional penalty charge, this penalty will be calculated based on the capacity of the vehicle's fuel tank and special requirements required by the manufacture and the price will depend on the rate available upon your closing contract.
Cross Border Information:
All vehicles can circulate in Mexico. Please, note that if you intend to travel to other countries restrictions and extra charges will apply. If you plan to drive to US you need to purchase special coverage at the desk and inform the office prior to pick up. If you plan to drive to Belize or Guatemala you also need an official letter to allow Mexican vehicles into the country (these letters are available just in the offices of Tuxtla Gutierrez, Tapachula and Chetumal). Please consult prices and total cost with the Local Office prior to pick up.
